Order Notes:

Self-Serve option - $350 Food Minimum: After you have chosen your menu, we can deliver it to you at the office, at home, or wherever you are holding your event. That includes complete setup.

Professional Service Staff - $750 Food Minimum: At this service level, we will deliver your items, set up, and serve them buffet style for you and your guests. We will clean up the service area after your event.

Custom On-Site Barbecues - $750 Food Minimum: Our Full-Service Barbecue option includes Grill Chefs, Serving Staff, Grills, Serving Equipment, Tables, Table Covers, and Warming Units. Serving time is normally 2 hours. For 100 or fewer guests, serving time is 1 hour.

Food Truck - Minimum Order of $1,000: From our famous hot dogs, burgers, and sausages to fries and funnel cakes, the options are vast when you book an event with our food truck. One of our chefs and one server will arrive 1 hour prior to your desired serving time and can either serve (if food is paid for in advance) or sell a menu of your selection to your guests! This option goes great with large church or charity events.
